These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "Student", "you") and MinoAI / "The Architect" responsible for the development of LITH. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using LITH, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
LITH generates personalized educational curriculum using advanced AI models. Generated content may include lessons, exercises, drills, homework, and AI-assessed exams. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are solely responsible for evaluating the quality and accuracy of generated curriculum.
LITH is an AI-powered curriculum builder that generates highly structured learning paths for any concept, assesses your baseline knowledge, and instantly generates up to 1,500 sequential lessons with exercises, drills, homework, and AI-assessed exams.
You may use LITH only if you are at least 13 years of age. If under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. Parents are responsible for supervising minor users' activity on LITH.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LITH for your personal educational purposes. Institutional or group licensing requires a separate commercial agreement.
Your Learning Data: You retain ownership of all responses and learning outcomes you generate. Generated Curriculum: Generated curriculum is generated specifically for you but remains MinoAI property. You may use it for personal learning only and may not redistribute or republish it.
LITH makes no guarantee of learning outcomes. AI assessment is instructive only and not official certification. For regulated disciplines, LITH should supplement—not replace—accredited institutional education.
LITH tracks your learning progress including assessment results, exercise attempts, and scores. This data is encrypted and used to personalize your experience and improve LITH's algorithms. You may export your learning data at any time.
LITH operates on subscription with recurring billing. Cancel at any time—cancellation takes effect at end of billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
LITH IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR FAILED LEARNING OUTCOMES, AI ERRORS, OR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES.
