Welcome to RYNKO, the audio engineering platform (currently in development). These Terms govern your use and represent a legally binding agreement between you and MinoAI.
RYNKO is in active development. Features are subject to rapid change or removal. Your projects may be affected by experimental updates. Use RYNKO for learning purposes. Do not rely on RYNKO for production audio work without backup systems.
By using RYNKO, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of contracting. If you are under 18, parental/guardian consent is required.
RYNKO is beta software. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. MinoAI is not liable for data loss, audio degradation, or project corruption due to beta functionality.
You retain all rights to audio projects, recordings, and creations you upload to RYNKO. By using RYNKO, you grant MinoAI a license to store and process your audio for service delivery only.
You represent that all audio you upload to RYNKO is either original or you have legal rights to use it. Do not upload copyrighted music, commercial recordings, or content you do not own. RYNKO is not responsible for copyright infringement claims.
When using audio engineering tools, always use speakers/headphones at safe volume levels. Prolonged exposure to loud audio can cause hearing damage. RYNKO is not responsible for hearing damage resulting from user behavior.
RYNKO is not a backup system. Always maintain local copies of important audio projects. MinoAI is not liable for data loss due to server failures or account deletion.
RYNKO is provided "as is." MinoAI is not liable for audio quality issues, rendering failures, or project loss.
MinoAI may terminate RYNKO or your access at any time. You retain the right to export all projects before termination.
