Audio Project & User Privacy

MinoAI protects your audio projects and creative privacy. Your sound work is yours alone.

AUDIO PROJECT PRIVACY

Your audio files, project compositions, mixing sessions, and sound designs are encrypted and confidential. RYNKO does not analyze your audio for AI training, does not share projects with other users, and does not sell audio content to music platforms or sound libraries.

1. Audio Project Data

Audio Files: Wav, MP3, AAC, and other audio formats you upload (encrypted at rest).

Project Metadata: Project name, creation date, modification date, tool settings, and mixing parameters.

Sound Library Usage: Sounds you create, download, or use from RYNKO's library (if applicable).

2. How We Use Audio Data

  • Store and serve your projects for editing and rendering
  • Enable collaboration features (if you opt-in)
  • Generate backups and ensure data durability
  • Improve RYNKO tools based on aggregated, anonymized patterns ONLY
  • Provide rendering and audio processing services

3. Audio File Encryption

All audio files are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Your projects are stored separately from metadata for enhanced privacy. MinoAI staff do not have direct access to your audio without authorization.

4. No Audio AI Training

RYNKO does NOT use your audio projects to train AI models, develop voice synthesis, or improve speech recognition. Your audio remains private and is not used for machine learning training data.

5. Collaboration & Sharing

If you opt-in to collaborative features, you control who can access specific projects. Sharing is not automatic and requires your explicit permission per project.

6. Project Export & Deletion

You can export all projects in high-quality formats at any time. Upon account deletion, all audio projects are deleted within 14 days (after your export window).

7. User Rights
