These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and MinoAI / "The Architect" responsible for the development of SEED. By downloading, installing, or using SEED, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
The Architect has permanently lost administrative access to the Firebase account associated with this application. As a result: We cannot access, manage, recover, or manually delete any user data stored on these servers. Cloud sync features may cease to function at any time without prior notice. Users are strictly advised to maintain local backups of all notes to avoid any risk of permanent data loss. We also cannot reset user passwords or manage user accounts associated with the legacy Firebase service.
SEED is a cognitive sanctuary for note-taking. This application allows you to create, edit, organize, search, export, and delete text notes. You may choose to store your notes locally, or use the legacy cloud synchronization feature, which stores your encrypted notes on infrastructure provided by Firebase (Google LLC).
You may use SEED only if you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use this application.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use SEED on your mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of all intellectual property rights over the notes and content you create and store in SEED. We claim no rights to your thoughts, writing, or intellectual property. You grant us a limited license only to store and transmit your content for the sole purpose of providing the cloud synchronization feature of this app.
Application IP: All intellectual property rights related to the SEED application itself (software code, design, logos, visual elements, and architecture) remain the exclusive property of MinoAI / The Architect.
You agree not to use SEED to store or create any content that:
Given the permanent loss of access to the associated Firebase account, we cannot guarantee the continued availability of any cloud-related features. The cloud synchronization service may be interrupted or permanently discontinued at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue, update, or modify SEED at any time. We may in the future migrate to a different cloud storage provider, or remove cloud storage functionality entirely and switch to local-only storage.
SEED IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THIS APPLICATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this application, including permanent loss of data. You acknowledge and agree that you bear full responsibility for backing up your own notes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
