This Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, used, and shared when you use SEED. SEED does not contain advertising, and we do not sell your data under any circumstances.
The Architect has permanently lost administrative access to the Firebase account associated with this application. As a result: We cannot access, read, modify, export, or delete any of your data stored on Firebase servers. We have no control over how long Firebase retains your data. Data may be automatically deleted by Firebase after a period of inactivity.
Your Notes and Content: We only collect the notes, text, and other content that you create and choose to store in SEED.
Important Security Note: All user content is encrypted on your device before being sent to Firebase. This means that neither The Architect, nor Google/Firebase, are able to read the content of your notes.
Technical Data: Firebase automatically collects limited technical data for security and diagnostic purposes. This may include your IP address, basic device information (device model, operating system version), and app crash/performance data. Due to our loss of access to our Firebase account, we never receive or have access to any of this technical data.
Your encrypted notes are stored on Firebase servers solely for the purpose of allowing you to synchronize your notes across your devices.
We do not use your data for any other purpose. This application contains no advertising, and we do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes.
We share your data with only one third party, and for no other purpose than providing the cloud storage feature:
Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Services): Your encrypted notes and limited technical data are stored on Firebase cloud infrastructure. Google's own privacy policy applies to data stored on their servers: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not sell your data to anyone, under any circumstances.
All notes you create are encrypted on your device before being transmitted and stored on Firebase servers. Firebase infrastructure also includes industry-standard security measures to protect stored data.
As noted previously: due to our permanent loss of access to our Firebase account, we have no ability to access or manage any of your data stored on these servers.
Under global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and others), you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
Important Limitation: Due to our permanent loss of access to our Firebase account, we are currently unable to fulfill any data access, correction, or deletion requests. We have no technical ability to access any data stored on our former Firebase account.
If you wish to stop further data collection, you may uninstall the application at any time.
SEED is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated revision date.
