1. PREAMBLE & IDENTITY

By accessing the Strivus Interface via Google Auth or Supabase Credentials, you agree to these conditions. This digital artifact serves as a binding contract between the User ("The Athlete") and Strivus ("The Architect").

2. BIO-SAFETY PROTOCOL (MEDICAL DISCLAIMER)

Strivus is NOT a medical device, nor a doctor. The training regimens, nutritional tracking, and sleep analysis provided herein are suggestions generated by algorithms.

By using this system, you acknowledge that:

You should consult a physician before beginning any training program.
Strivus is not liable for injuries, health complications, or death resulting from the use of generated workouts.
You are responsible for listening to your own biological feedback signals (pain, fatigue) over the digital output.

3. SYNTHETIC INTELLIGENCE (AI & DATA)

Strivus utilizes the OpenAI API (ChatGPT) to generate training logic. Regarding your data privacy:

No Training: Data sent via the OpenAI API is NOT used to train OpenAI's models (unlike the free web ChatGPT). Your workouts remain yours.
Retention: OpenAI may retain data for up to 30 days solely for abuse monitoring before deletion.
Hallucinations: AI can be unpredictable. If the AI suggests an exercise that is physically impossible or dangerous, do not attempt it. Use common sense as your primary firewall.

4. THE VAULT (DATA SOVEREIGNTY)

We collect specific bio-metrics to function: Sleep Quality, Stress Levels, Alimentation (Nutrition), and Workout Logs.

This data is encrypted and stored via Supabase (PostgreSQL). We do not sell this data to third-party merchants or advertising brokers. You retain the right to request a "Digital Wipe" (Account Deletion) at any time.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATION

The Architect provides this tool "as is." While the wisdom contained herein is vast, the application of said wisdom remains the sole responsibility of the User.
