PRIVACY PROTOCOL: STRIVUS

Data Handling & Security Manifest

1. DATA INGESTION (COLLECTION)

To generate personalized training, Strivus collects the following data points:

  • Identity: Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture (via Google/Supabase Auth).
  • Biometrics (Health Data): Sleep quality, stress levels, nutritional intake, and physical stats (weight/height).
  • Activity: Workout logs, training history, and performance metrics.
2. SYNTHETIC PROCESSING (AI & OPENAI)

Strivus uses the OpenAI API to analyze your metrics and generate workouts.

Privacy Controls:

  • Your data is sent securely to OpenAI for the sole purpose of generating text responses.
  • We do not permit OpenAI to use your personal data to train their general public models.
  • Data sent to the API is retained by OpenAI for a maximum of 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted.
3. THE VAULT (STORAGE & SECURITY)

Your data is stored in Supabase databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

4. DATA PURGE (DELETION RIGHTS)

You own your data. You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated logs at any time by:

  • Using the "Delete Account" function within the App Settings.
  • Contacting us directly at bguiyom38@gmail.com.
